From when can I access my domain?
Once you’ve booked your domain, we’ll check your registration and activate it. For example, it takes around 4 hours for a .ch or .com domain to be registered. After activation, you’ll receive an email containing the login data for your personal control panel and from there you’ll be able to view your domain.

Can I manage my DNS myself?

I have registered the wrong domain name. Can I change this?
A registered domain cannot be changed. However, you can register the right domain and terminate the wrong one after the contract term has expired.
